Sumo Tournament, Kyushu Tournament, Day 7, East Maegashira 7 Yasushi (oshidashi), East Maegashira 3 Onokuni In the first meeting between two promising newcomers, Yasushi (right, later the 61st yokozuna Hokkatsumi) pushed three-time yokozuna Onokuni (left, later the 62nd yokozuna Onokuni) with a bludgeon and a molokhazui. Aoki (Onokuni), a third-year student from Meimuro Junior High School, won the tournament, and his rival, Yasushi from Hiroo Junior High School, a second-year student a year younger than Aoki, won the tournament.
