Between 1988 and 1989, four young girls were lured and murdered one after another in Tokyo and Saitama. On July 23, 1989, Tsutomu Miyazaki, 26, a printing business assistant in Itsukaichi, Tokyo, was arrested for kidnapping and indecent assault. He was arrested for kidnapping and indecent assault.　Flowers are laid by the toilet at Miyazawa Lake Cemetery in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture, where Ayako's body was found, and children pray for her repose.... June 16.
