Between 1988 and 1989, four young girls were lured and murdered one after another in Tokyo and Saitama. On July 23, 1989, Tsutomu Miyazaki, 26, a printing business assistant in Itsukaichi, Tokyo, was arrested for kidnapping and indecent assault. He was arrested on July 23, 1989.
