Reproduction
Reproduction. Conceptual computer artwork that represents reproduction with human foetuses inside the head of sperm cells (spermatozoa), set against a background of DNA helices (deoxyribonucleic acid). Sperm cells carry the male component of the genetic material (DNA), contributing half of the genes for a new human. A sperm cell fertilises an egg cell (containing the female genetic component) to form a zygote. This develops into an embryo and further develops as a foetus in the uterus to form a new human baby.
