Antenna for measuring electromagnetic fields
Electromagnetic measurement. Technician with an antenna for measuring electro- magnetic emissions from electrical devices. These emissions are believed to be a cause of cancer and mood changes by some researchers. Emissions from one device may also interfere with sensitive nearby devices, such as computers. The emissions are produced by a flowing electric current, such as in a power cable. The emissions affect the movement of charged particles, such as electrons in another electric current, and ions produced during biochemical reactions within the body.
