CBD oil

This is claimed by many to help in the control of pain, nausea, muscle spasms etc., though CBD extracts can only be sold as a health/food supplements in the UK and many other countries. CBD (cannabidiol) is one of many chemicals called cannaboids in the Cannabis sativa and hemp plant. The oil is selectively extracted from the hemp plant which also contains the cannaboid THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), commonly known as the drug marijuana. As this has an illegal psychoactive effect, all CBD products in the UK must not contain more than 0.2% of THC (0.3% in the U.S). Taking droplets of CBD oil sublingual (under the tongue) is recommended to achieve optimum effect.
