Seibu Countdown Yurakucho Store Closing Sale
December 4, 2010, Tokyo, Japan - Shoppers crowd the floor of the Seibu department store at Tokyo's Yurakucho as its final count-down sales Seven & I Holdings Co., Seibu's parent company, plans to close the Yurakucho store on December 25 due to sluggish sales.
