We visited the Yamada Weir in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture, with Afghan ministry officials, local NGOs, and staff of PMS (Peace Medical Mission Japan). JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and PMS (Peace Medical Mission Japan) are working together on the project. JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), which is working with PMS on the project, invited the group for training.
