We visited the Yamada Weir in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture, with Afghan ministry officials, local NGOs, and staff of PMS (Peace Medical Mission Japan). On September 10, 10 people, including technical officials from Afghan ministries and agencies, local NGOs, and staff from PMS (Peace Medical Service Japan), gathered at a hospital in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture. JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and PMS (Peace Medical Mission Japan) are working together on the project. JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), which is working with PMS on the project, invited the group for training.
