Showcase of Korean film "The Man Standing Next" in Seoul
Woo Min-Ho, Jan 15, 2020 : South Korean film director Woo Min-Ho attends a press conference after a press preview of new Korean film "The Man Standing Next" at a cinema in Seoul, South Korea. The new film tells about intricate relationships between South Korean spy agency chief and the then President Park Chung-Hee during the 40 days before October 26, 1979, the day of the presidential assassination. Autocratic former president Park ruled South Korea for 18 years until his assassination at the hands of his spy agency chief. The movie will hit local theaters on January 22, 2020.
