TOMAKOMAI KO, Japan (March 16, 2011) Sailors secure Landing Craft Utility (LCU) 1627 before driving Japan Ground Self-Defense Force trucks and humanitarian supplies onto the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46).
