Great East Japan Earthquake Ishinomaki Graduation Ceremony in the Arts and Crafts Room
March 28, 2011, Ishinomaki, Japan - Thirty-six graduates of a public school in quake-hit Ishinomaki, Miyagi prefecture, are seen off by their teachers, parents and soldiers of Japan Ground Self-Defense Force after the graduation ceremony on Tuesday, March 28. The ceremony took place in the arts and crafts room of the school, which has become a temporary shelter for the victims of the March 11 magnitude 9.0 earthquake and 10-meter tsunami that followed.
