Between 1988 and 1989, four young girls were lured and murdered one after another in Tokyo and Saitama; on July 23, 1989, Tsutomu Miyazaki, 26, a printing industry assistant in Itsukaichi, Tokyo, was arrested for kidnapping and indecent assault.　Wearing a white safari jacket over his head, he was arrested in Iruma Village.
