Metropolitan Sergius (Voskresensky) Russian Orthodox bishop, c1940s. Sergius (1897-1944) was Exarch of the Baltic States during World War II when they were under Nazi occupation. He was assassinated in 1944, possibly by Soviet partisans. Found in the collection of the State Museum of History, Moscow.
