May 12, 2011, Tokyo, Japan - One of the reactors, a model of which is shown in this undated photo, has been damaged more severely than originally thought, officials of Tokyo Electric Power Co., the operator of the crippled nuclear plant said in Tokyo on Thursday, May 12, 2011. The water level in the Unit 1 at the Fukushima No. 1 plant, some 200km northeast of Tokyo, is far lower than previously believed, leaving the portion of the fuel rods fully exposed - a serious setback for efforts to stabilize the crippled plant. The picture was released by TEPCO Thursday. (Photo by TEPCO/AFLO) [0006] -mis-
