"Super Cool Biz". UNIQLO offers suggestions on how to dress for the occasion
May 31, 2011, Tokyo, Japan - Outfits are displayed during a launch by UNIQLO in Tokyo on Tuesday, May 31, 2011. The casual clothing chain, run by Fast Retailing Co., held the event to propose a new line of comfortable, laid-back clothes ahead of "Super Cool Biz," a summertime energy-conserving campaign. Starting in June, the Ministry of the Environment kicks off the campaign to allow workers to dress extremely casually this summer, such as in aloha shirts and jeans, in an effort to save electricity amid concerns over power shortages due to the crippled Fukushima nuclear power plant and the planned suspension of the Hamaoka nuclear plant.
