June 15, 2011, Okumamachi, Japan - An image, frame-grabbed from a video Tokyo Electric Power Co. released Wednesday, June 15, 2011, shows the No. 3 reactor building at the crippled Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant in Okumamachi, Fukushima Prefecture, some 210km northeast of Tokyo.
