Peregrine falcon
Peregrine falcon (Falco peregrinus) with feathers in its beak while feeding on a bird (not seen). This falcon preys on birds up to the size of a pigeon, which it will chase in flight, and strike to kill with its large feet and claws. Various subspecies are distributed around the world.
