Women with various hairstyles walking in Harajuku (around June 1980): Tokyo is the leader in youth fashion in Japan. Harajuku is the most advanced area in Tokyo. Young people gather here from everywhere, and one after another, new clothes and customs are born. The hairstyles of young women in Harajuku vary from short to long, Japanese, Western, African, and so on. In addition, they dye their hair gold, pink, green, gray, and other colorful colors.
