The year 1964 was a notable year in postwar history, with the Tokyo Olympics and the opening of the Tokaido Shinkansen. In the spring of that year, a weekly magazine was born. "It was called "Heibon Punch. The pioneer of men's magazines continued to be read even on campuses where the All-Communist Movement was raging. The first issue is on the right.
