Canine research. Domestic dog (Canis lupus familiaris) using a touchscreen computer at the Wolf Science Center, Austria. This dog has been trained to observe and touch coloured shapes on a screen in exchange for a food reward. The Wolf Science Center identically hand rears domestic dogs and wolves. The researchers examine similarities and differences in behaviour and cognitive abilities between the two.
