People fascinated by the mountain boom: Shinjuku Station underpass crowded with climbers waiting for trains.
On Saturdays at Shinjuku Station in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, people attracted by the mountain boom line up at the platform of the Chuo Line train, waiting in lines that stretch from the station entrance to the station plaza. At Shinjuku Station, the regular trains cannot make it in time, so there are always four extra trains, and sometimes two more. People are attracted by the mountain boom.
