At top left are bones of the lower spine. The muscles shown here include the hamstring muscles, one of the gluteus muscles of the buttocks, and some of the adductor muscles of the hip. Ligaments include the iliofemoral ligament of the hip, and the inguinal and pectineal ligaments of the pelvis (both attached to the pubic tubercle).
