Congestive hepatopathy
Human liver in a case of chronic passive hepatic congestion, a common complication of congestive heart failure, wherein elevated central venous pressure is directly transmitted from the right atrium to the hepatic veins. The liver is enlarged and shows a nutmeg pattern on its surface.
