Apollo Soyuz Test Project launch test. Saturn IB Apollo Soyuz Test Project (ASTP) launch vehicle during its countdown demonstration test at Kennedy Space Center, USA. This 224-foot-tall Saturn IB rocket was launched with the ASTP team onboard on 15th July 1975. During the mission the US Apollo spacecraft rendezvoused and docked with a Soviet Soyuz spacecraft. It was the first international manned space-flight. Photographed on 2nd July 1975.
