Computer artwork of the interior of Callisto, a moon of the planet Jupiter. The core of this moon is almost entirely made up of an undifferentiated mixture of ice and rock (grey/black). The moon has no geological activity of its own, and its landscape is shaped only by the impacts of meteorites, which have left its surface heavily cratered. Between the rocky core and the dirty icy crust there may exist a layer of liquid water.
