It's springtime in Tokyo and time to stop and appreciate fragile pale pink blossoms in full bloom all over the nation's capital. Last year, Japan's most popular national passtime was somewhat muted due to the March 11 earthquake and tsunami. But this year, the centuries-old tradition has come back with revelers eager to use the occasion as a way to break from a year marked by the crisis and disaster.
