Green bright-eyed tree frog
Green bright-eyed tree frog (Boophis viridis). This frog is endemic to Madagascar, where it is found in subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers. It reaches a length of around 3 centimetres. Like all tree frogs, this frog has suction pads at the end of its toes to help it grip leaves. Frogs are carnivorous, eating insects and other small animals. Photographed in Madagascar.
