Insect trap in carbon sequestration research. The insect trap is set into soil on an agricultural research plot on an organic farm. The objective of the research is to measure the capacity of soils to store carbon, comparing soils on plots of land used for growing cereal crops, on agroforestry land planted with young trees, and on a control plot.
