June 4, 2012, Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan - Aum Shinrikyo cultist Naoko Kikuchi was detained at a house where she hid out in Sagamihara, Kanagawa Aum Shinrikyo cultist Naoko Kikuchi was detained at a house where she hid out in Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan, on Sunday, June 3, 2012.
She transferred to the Metropolitan Police Department in Tokyo, where she was arrested for murder and attempted murder in connection with The Sarin attack.
The Sarin attack on the Tokyo subway was an act of terrorism perpetrated by Aum Shinrikyo on March 20, 1995.
