Mr. Sanso Nosaka (photo, center) returns to Japan after 16 years and is greeted by Communist Party officials at Tokyo Station; to the left of Mr. Nosaka is Yoshio Shiga. (Note: Mr. Nosaka went to the Soviet Union illegally in 1931 and worked for the Comintern in Moscow until 1940. After going to China that same year, he was in charge of educating Japanese prisoners of war in Yan'an. Related to the end of the war.
