Canada is bordered by the Pacific (left), Atlantic (right) and Arctic (top) oceans. Hudson Bay (centre right) and the Great Lakes (lower right) are seen. Baffin Bay (upper right), which separates Canada from Greenland (top right), is frozen with ice down to the Davis Strait. The Beaufort Sea (top centre) is also frozen, indicating that the northern hemisphere is in winter.
