Tokyo under the Coronavirus: First Versus Third Lockdown

Although the area is a lot quieter than before the pandemic, the third state of emergency is clearly not taken as seriously as the first one.
On April 23, Japan proclaimed its third state of emergency for Tokyo and three other prefectures to counter a renewed coronavirus surge.
