Soy processing plant. Soy crushing and processing plant. At this plant soybeans are crushed and their oil extracted. The oil may be used for food or further processed for use in industry or as a biofuel. The soybeans can be used as fodder for livestock, ground to produce soy flour, texturised to produce texturised vegetable protein, or further processed to produce high protein food products.
