Trumpetfish
Trumpetfish (Aulostomus maculatus). This fish inhabits the tropical waters of the western Atlantic Ocean. It is related to the seahorses and like them has its jaws fused to form a tube. It takes its prey of small fish and crustaceans by sucking them into its mouth as if through a drinking straw. Trumpetfish can reach a length of 1 metre.
