Nobel Prize winner in Physics, Toshihide Maskawa, gives a special lecture at JICA Tokyo International Center
Toshihide Masukawa, 74, who won the 2008 Nobel Prize in Physics for his research on elementary particles, gave a speech at a special class held at the JICA Tokyo International Center. The Japan-Asia Youth Science Exchange Program (Sakura Science Plan) High School Special Course," an exchange program for Asian and Japanese high school students in the field of science and technology, was held in Tokyo and other cities in July and August. The Japan Science and Technology Agency invited 271 students from nine countries, including China and Vietnam, to the program, which included a special class by a Nobel laureate on the 5th of this month.
