Rally demanding the resignation of South Korean President Yoon Suk-Yeol in Seoul
People mourn for the victims of the Halloween crowd crush, November 19, 2022 : People participate in a candlelight vigil to mourn for the victims of the Halloween crowd crush in Seoul, South Korea. Participants demanded the resignation of South Korean President Yoon Suk-Yeol to take his responsibility for the disaster in Itaewon district where the Halloween crowd crush killed 158 people and injured 196. They also demanded to organize a special prosecution to investigate the alleged implication in a stock price manipulation case by first lady Kim Keon-Hee. Signs read, 'Yoon Suk-Yeol, who ruined the livelihoods of the public, acted political retaliation, ruined the peace of two Koreas and became a pro-Japanese quisling, resign!'.
