Akihiro Fukudome becomes new president of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation
Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation announced on April 15 that Senior Managing Executive Officer Akihiro Fukudome will be promoted to President effective April 1, 2023. President Makoto Takashima will assume the position of Chairman.
