Great East Japan Earthquake
Already 2 years have passed since the catastrophe.
February 28, 2013, Minami-Soma City, Japan - The main street of Minami-Soma, a sleepy little country town located some 240 km northeast of Tokyo, is desolated on February 28, 2013, almost two years after Japan's worst disaster that devastated much of the country's northeastern region.
Two years have passed since the March 11, 2011 disaster yet very little has changed in this town, from which residents have fled to neighboring towns and prefectures from the runaway nuclear reactors of the nearby power plant. (Photo by Natsuki Sakai/AFLO) AYF -mis-
