March 8, 2013, Chiba, Japan - Sushi chefs from different countries at the World Sushi Cup Japan 2013, Restaurant Competition in Makuhari. Word's top class Sushi Chefs from overseas and Japan attend the "World Sushi Cup Japan 2013" to show their creativity and inspiration for making sushi. The competition evaluates the sanitary and quality control management and methods as well as localizing taste and design. The contest was held fist time ever in conjunction with FOODEX Japan 2013.
