Typhoon No. 26, fatal accident in Sakai River Familiar rivers sometimes pose a threat
October 18th, 2013 : Kanagawa, Japan - Sakai River separates Tokyo and Kanagawa, and a lot of people use the sidewalks to go to school or work or to exercise daily.
