Metropolitan Expressway, Central Loop Shinagawa Line Construction progresses toward opening the entire route to traffic.
Construction of the Metropolitan Expressway-Central Loop Shinagawa Line is underway with completion scheduled for FY2014. The line will connect to the Metropolitan Expressway Wangan Line at Oi JCT (junction) and to the Expressway Central Loop Line and the Metropolitan Expressway No. 3 Shibuya Line at Ohashi JCT. The Shinagawa Line will open the entire Central Loop Line to traffic on the afternoon of October 7, 2013, at the construction site of the Ohashi JCT on the Central Loop Shinagawa Line of the Metropolitan Expressway in Meguro-ku, Tokyo.
