South Koreans demand President Yoon Suk-Yeol to step down at a rally in Seoul
Protest demanding resignation of South Korean President Yoon Suk-Yeol, Sep 16, 2023 : People participate in a protest march demanding President Yoon Suk-Yeol to step down in front of the Japanese Embassy in Seoul, South Korea. Thousands of people marched from the Japanese embassy in Korea to the Seoul plaza on Saturday. They insisted President Yoon strings along with Japan unrequitedly including the issue of Japan's release of radioactive water from the crippled Fukushima nuclear power plant into the Pacific Ocean. A portrait (L) of Hong Beom-Do is seen. Hong Beom-Do (1868 - 1943) was a top commander of Korean independence forces during Japan's 1910-45 colonial rule of Korea.
