Support for SB, earthquake recovery, etc.
On May 5, SoftBank Mobile launched "Kazakete Donation," Japan's first smartphone-based fundraising platform. Users load a dedicated application onto their smartphones, hold up their phones to the logos and posters of participating organizations, and select the amount of support they would like to give. Thirty-seven organizations, including those supporting recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake, are participating in the program, and will call for the use of the platform as it becomes available.
