Person receiving an injection of zuclopenthixol solution, an antipsychotic medication. Marketed as Clopixol, zuclopenthixol is used primarily in the treatment of psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia. It is an antagonist at the D1 and D2 dopamine receptors. It helps to restore the balance of certain neurotransmitters in the brain, thereby reducing symptoms of psychosis.
