World Character Samit 400 Yurukyaras gather in one place!
Meeting of chartoon characters in Saitama (next prefecture from Tokyo) has been hold already for 5th times. Many cities from all over the Japan had created own character to promote the city. Behind are not many organizations, including police, firefigghters which also created own characters within last 5 years when cartoon characters became fashionable item. Obviosly cartton characters are not for children only. People are meeting on the internet to join such events and waiting hours to book the best place to meet their the most loved one.
