February 3, 2015, Tokyo, Japan - Sticks of hard dried bonito sold at a mana-and-papa run shop specializing in ingredients for soup stock in Tateishi, an old-fashioned neighborhood in Katsushika ward located on the northeastern edge of the Tokyo metropolis which seems to have been forgotten by the capital's expansion.
