A staff member was arrested at the headquarters of the Japan Pension Service in connection with an information leak involving bidding for the matching of pension records. The suspect, Shinichi Takazawa, 46, a counselor at the organization, was arrested on suspicion of violating the Act on Prevention of Government Collusion.
