June 22, 2015, Tokyo, Japan - Old ooden houses and upscale Japanese restaurants, tucked away along the narrow sloping stone pavements, are scattered throughout the neighborhood of Kagurazaka, located just outside the Imperial moat in the heart of Tokyo.
