B-1 Grand Prix Shokudo Opened under the elevated railway tracks of Akiba

B-1 food refers to local B class gourmet cooking which is popular in Japan for its cheap and delicious dishes. The B-1 Grand Prix cafeteria (Aki-oka Caravane) opened for one night only and introduced nine kinds of gourmet dishes including Towada Barayaki (Aomori Prefecture) and Fujinomiya Yakisoba (Shizuoka Prefecture) from all over Japan.
