Mac's Becomes a Fine Dining Restaurant
A one-night-only commemorative event
A customer enjoys eating a McDonald's special dinner created by chef Masayo Waki during a ''Restaurant M'' event in the posh Roppongi Hills area on July 27, 2015, Tokyo, Japan. 20 chosen diners (from 8,300 applications) ate a special multi-course dinner created by the celebrity chef using ingredients from the restaurant chain's regular menu. The special one-night only event was organized to celebrate the launch of its new summer menu ''Fresh Mac,'' which features fresh vegetables. The five-course meal served on a white tablecloth with plates and proper cutlery included a Vichyssoise en Pommes de terre de McDonald, Mousse au Poivron Rouge, Salade en Gelee aux Legumes de McDonald, Cinq Pinchos des McDonald Patties avec leur Sauces, a choice of main dish including the Fresh Mac Bacon Lettuce Burger, and a McFlurry Mixed Berry Oreo dessert with a Premium Roast Coffee.
